Clearview Swing Gates
Our Swing gates are manufactured with square tubing or rectangular tubing, depending on the size of the gate. They are easy to operate with our high-end bullet hinges. Any property where vehicle controlled access is required, depending on the size of the vehicles, you can go for a single or a double swing gate. Our supporting posts also vary in thickness and in size depending on the length of the swing gates. You also have a choice of different types of locks to secure and lock the gates. Clearview Sliding Gates
Sliding gates open by sliding along a horizontal track. Our tracks are made of lip channel or U channel for the more solid industrial type of track. The U channel is more robust and can handle heavier loads. The Clearview sliding gate runs on a round bar that is welded onto the channelling. This type of opening mechanism makes for a very smooth operating experience, while also providing extra safety due to the way it locks and latches. The main appeal of sliding gates is that they open sideways rather than inwards or outwards, making them the perfect choice if your property has limited space. You also have a choice of different types of locks to secure and lock the gates i.e Magnetic locks, Bolt locks, sliding locks or E-locks.

ZincAlume (Galvanised)
ZincALume is a type of finish designed to last, while also offering a sleek, modern look.
We first prepare the steel through shot blasting, ridding the metal of any chemicals. This process leaves a smooth and polished matte surface that is both stylish and eco-friendly. The material is then dipped in a mixture of 92% Zink and 8% Aluminium. We also provide Hot dipped galvanizing.
Thermo Plus (Plascoat or PVC coating)
Due to its anti-corrosion properties, Plascoat is best used for gates located in places with harsh weather conditions and airborne pollutants. This will be the best option near coastal regions or Mines. You can choose between a grey, charcoal, green, and black finish, so you can match the gate to the overall aesthetics of your property.
Polyester powder coating
This popular type of finish is as high-quality as it is cost-effective. It provides a chip, scratch, and fade-resistant coating to your gate, ensuring it lasts a long time with no maintenance needed.

Security Gate Pre-coating Treatment
At Clearview Fencing, each product also goes through a pre-treatment procedure. This helps rid the metal of any pre-existing dirt and oils. As a result, the finish coating will adhere to the metal better, offering better protection against rust, corrosion, and damage in the long run. We use two types of pre-treatments:
Shot Blasting
Seven-stage chemical treatment
- Paint Adhesion: The iron phosphate coating acts as an absorbent. This allows the paint to adhere much better to the surface.
- Under-paint corrosion protection: Normally, if the outer coating of paint is scratched, the steel will rust. Not only that, but the entire surface risks rusting under the paint and creating blisters. With an iron phosphate coating, the rust is contained to only the scratched area.
